Drawing, exercise & massage, and wordplay

It was the first lunch for all comers at the Atholl Centre in Pitlochry, on Friday October 7, after the summer break. A great opportunity for co-op members to offer further wellbeing, in addition, that is, to the good food and company.

Artist Aileen Stackhouse (based in Blairgowrie) was on hand to help willing participants do some drawing. fair-1

Emma Burtles provided chair-based exercise and/or massage to those with aches and pains, muscles to unwind.

Writer Angela Jeffs (Forneth) was more than happy to encourage Cameron, aged 9, as well as considerably older guests, to play with words.

Also on hand were Donna Murray-Trail, our Coordinator, and Be-friender Gillian Gilchrist, to staff our stall and help promote the co-op in general.

This event will be repeated (with other service providers) on Friday, October 28, from 11am-3pm.
