You want to feel alive and well in your body.  I share techniques from sound healing, yoga and Reiki to help you maintain balance and thrive.  I work with groups and 1:1, drawing on my 20 year experience in teaching, education and wellbeing.


You can enjoy the gentle healing of Tibetan bowls and/or Reiki.  I specialise in yoga for chronic fatigue/ME or those looking for a gentler practice.


Children can blossom when they understand their feelings and emotions more.  I teach yoga and mindfulness to children and teens in schools and youth groups.
