“Trained in conservation management, I have spent the last 17 years working as an outdoor nature guide. Now covering the Highland area, my passion is to help groups of up to 12 folk embrace local spaces for their health and wellbeing.
Experienced in working with mental health issues and people in prison, my focus is on preventative care: encouraging nature-based therapy and principles into everyday lifestyles. Better to walk an hour a day than a day a week! I’m also a photographer and incorporate this into my work, encouraging folk to look more closely in the moment and so see the world from new perspectives and values.”
