I am a nurse and have worked in health for many years both in the public and private sector. I am now working as an artist and strongly believe in the therapeutic value that art can bring to our lives. I discovered art at a very challenging time in my life and began to use it as a way to express myself. Previously having written a book about mindfulness, I could see how intrinsically linked art and mindfulness were and how both had helped open doors for me, I had never imagined possible. I would love to share a sense of this with others. This may be in the form of a workshop, one to one or even creating art out in nature!
