Mental Health Awareness Week begins next Monday 10-16 May
The theme is Nature which many of you are very keen on. Many people have found nature to be a source of comfort in these challenging times, watching the seasons come and go and feeding the birds in the colder months for instance.
The weather may still be wintry, but there is lots to see if you do manage to get out there to walk in greenspaces. Sometimes even the unusual, like snow and hail in May!
